Last night, I took social photos at Blair Lifestyle‘s luxury showcase at the Mirvac Waterfront Sales Showroom in Newstead. The interactive experience featured a number of ideas and demonstrations for the luxury lifestyle enthusiasts, who mingled over beautiful canapés and champagne.
Style Magazines journalist Lucy Stephens and I were lucky to share this delicious beer-battered barramundi + chips at The Ulster Hotel after shooting the dish for the Ipswich Central magazine due out next month. We recommend it with the refreshingly fruity Stone + Wood Pacific Ale.

What a wonderful day of food and wine as we headed up to the Adelaide Hills for a tasting at Bird in Hand before driving through to the Barossa for lunch at Maggie Beer’s Farm Shop and a quick visit to Jacob’s Creek. I heart South Australia.
