It was an absolute privilege to shoot today at e’cco bistro for their current menu. This particular dish is a warm carrot cake, cream cheese mousse, candied petitas and pumpkin ice cream.
Style Magazines journalist Lucy Stephens and I were lucky to share this delicious beer-battered barramundi + chips at The Ulster Hotel after shooting the dish for the Ipswich Central magazine due out next month. We recommend it with the refreshingly fruity Stone + Wood Pacific Ale.
